Visited Cathedral, old Bishop&#8217;s palace (new one isn&#8217;t much smaller!) There is also a rather splendid flour water mill which has recently been restored. <\/p>\n<p>The redirected river pours past the wheel which through a gear system, turns the stones. Otters are also seen and captured.
