Had a cycle today. Not done that since cycling in Stanley Park, Vancouver when on Honeymoon in 2005. Gorgeous weather, not a cloud in the sky. Cycled from Burley up to the Deer sanctuary at Bolderwood where there is a great New Forest ice cream outlet! We then headed down the ornamental drive then back…

A new font was added recently. Instead of the traditional stone ones with water only added when required, the font at Salisbury is constantly full and overflowing at each of the four corners. The effect is one of glass. The water can be used to obtain a perfect mirror of the ends of the cathedral…

Visited Cathedral which has tallest spire in England. Very friendly people and holds one of the four remaining Magna Cartas. Having lunch overlooking a pretty stream (view below) — Post From My iPhone
