Splendid walk yesterday from Malham in the Yorkshire Dales. Day started cloudy but with magnificent views – especially across to the three peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough. After a bit of rain the sun came out and we were treated some amazing views across the dales. Stunning! The walk was around 12 miles but included some tough work across pretty thick moorland. Three mugs of tea and Yorkshire curd tart sorted the tiredness out before travelling back. Legs aching this morning!
