Ian and me decided to get some fresh air and have a walk from RSPB Bempton Cliffs over to Flamborough Head. The cliff path was very muddy so we only got to North Landing but it was a good workout and very enjoyable. It was also very bracing, especially when the wind picked up on our return trek. We are always amazed how kestrels in that weather still stay absolutely still.
The highlight of such a walk is my fix of the gannets, stunning at all times! Managed my trick of putting the phone camera to the end of my compact binoculars again – perhaps need to get a better solution in the future!
