This week at Harewood House, there was a Love Nature week. This included a few tents with RSPB, alpacas (which were very cute!) and ones with children’s activities in. There were some activities where woodcraft could be made as well.
For us, we kept out of the way of the hoards of prams and wandered around the lake, admiring as always the swans and Red Kites, and around the terrace to the house which we had to ourselves, and took this photo!
What is interesting for later this year is firstly an exhibition from 31st March to 17th June all about Princess Mary, the ‘Yorkshire Princess’ (http://www.harewood.org/whats-on/exhibitions/1/801) and then later on between 30th June and 1st July the Harewood Mediaeval Faire which looks great fun!
